Embedded in the DVX context and working in close collaboration with Product Owners, Solution Managers, Unit Lead and Team Coaches, you enable teams to operate effectively while fostering a strong growth mindset, psychological safety, and feedback culture. The role combines coaching, facilitation, and organisational development.

What you move?

As a Team Coach, you actively shape how teams work, learn, and evolve. Your main areas of impact include:

People development & performance support

·  Enable continuous learning and a growth mindset at team and organizational level.

·  Contribute to performance dialogues, feedback processes, and end-of-year assessments in a coaching capacity.

Organisational collaboration

·  Work effectively with Product Owners, Solution Managers, Unit Lead and Team Coaches.

· Contribute to alignment, transparency, and collaboration across teams and unit.

· Act as a trusted partner within the DVX Team Coaches Pool, sharing learnings and evolving coaching practices together.

· You will collaborate with an international community based in Riga, Rotterdam, and Switzerland, requiring flexibility and the ability to work with different processes, tools, and local practices.

Team effectiveness & collaboration

· Enable strong collaboration and a shared mindset within and across teams.

· Facilitate team events such as retrospectives, workshops, and team development sessions on demand if requested by the team or pro-actively coming from the team coach pool.

· Support conflict management and the development of a healthy feedback culture.

· Foster psychological safety and emotional intelligence within teams.

Agile enablement & continuous improvement

· Support agile setups and ways of working in alignment with the team and organisational context.

· Drive continuous improvement through facilitation, reflection, and data-informed discussions.

· Help teams identify and remove impediments together with relevant stakeholders.

· Contribute to team process improvement and effective capacity planning.

Job requirements

·  Practical experience working with agile teams and supporting team development beyond frameworks.

Coaching & facilitation skills

·  Facilitation skills for workshops, retrospectives, and group processes.

·  Coaching foundation (individual and team coaching), with a systemic perspective.
