About the Internship
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to join our growing IT company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by conducting pre-screening calls, managing talent pools, and actively sourcing top talent. This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition within the tech industry.
During your 6-month internship with us in Rotterdam, you work in an international team with colleagues in adition to the Netherlands. You will be part of the leadership team in Rotterdam, working together with the Talent Acquisition Team. Job requirements
What will you do?
- Supporting the TA team in IT Recruitment. 
- Conduct CV screening and pre-screening calls with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for open position, providing the best candidate experience. 
- Assist in managing and maintaining a talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. 
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and university partnerships. 
- Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team as needed. 
- Interested in AI and how AI can help the daily activities of recruitment? You will get the chance to research or implement some recruitment automation tools. 
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field. 
- Already living in the Netherlands (we don't relocate for this position). 
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition or recruitment. 
- Excellent communication in English and strong interpersonal skills. 
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools, including social media and job boards. 
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus (Recruitee). 
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the team. 
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
- Good sense of humour, happy to contribute and work with your team. 
- Available at least 32 hours/week, and three days office presence.
