DevOps Engineer (BMC Remedy)

What you move?
1. As a vital member of our BMC Remedy team, you'll contribute significantly to the Change Management Module by actively developing on it, enhancing its quality and efficiency.
2. Based on the ITIL Process Framework, you will support the Change Management process of Swisscom, playing a crucial role in developing and maintaining new features to allow for safe, effective and efficient business operations across all departments.
3. Dive into the domain of new technology frameworks such as REACT and KINETIC, and explore the fascinating field of Machine Learning. As a developer, you will be hands-on, applying these technologies to build robust, efficient solutions.
4. In a team environment, you'll support your colleagues throughout diverse projects, sharing knowledge, and fostering a truly collaborative workspace.
Job requirements
- Degree and working experience in Computer Science or a related field.
- Basic experience with the BMC Remedy platform.
- Familiarity with the ITIL Process Framework, especially the Change Management process.
- Aptitude for learning and working with new technologies to meet continually evolving business requirements.
- Good interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with business units participating in requirement gathering, sprint reviews, and presentations.
- An exemplary team player, able to positively support colleagues, by constructively challenge or support them during various tasks and contribute to the group's overall success.
- Open minded, curious and solution oriented combined with an enthusiasm for agile working methods and principles.
- Experience with diverse web development frameworks like React, KINETIC is a plus
- Familiarity with interface integrations to BMC Remedy Products or in general is a plus
- Experience working within an Agile development environment, familiarity with team ceremonies and SAFe Framework would be a definite plus.
- You have demonstrated ability to collaborate and learn within diverse teams.
- Involvement in continuous learning programs or possession of certifications in emerging technologies, best practices, and methodologies.
