Job description

Our People Analytics mission is to make the human factor measurable and actionable to drive business impact. The One Data Platform (ODP) based on AWS is our foundation for democratizing HR data and enabling advanced analytics. We are seeking a hands-on Data Scientist with solid data engineering skills to build scalable data products, develop predictive insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to turn business questions into practical, trustworthy analytics.

What impact will you have?

  • Explore and validate use cases from people-related data, including workforce trends, employee interactions, and operational metrics.

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models to support People Analytics applications and integrate them into existing systems.

  • Co-lead the design and implementation of our BW architecture and data models, ensuring robust and effective data structures.

  • Develop and deploy ETL and analytics pipelines for data loading, predictive modelling, segmentation, and decision making.

  • Take the lead role in implementing data security practices, including Row Level and Column Level Security to protect our data assets.

  • Lead technical development using Python and Jupyter Notebook for data analysis and modeling.

  • Utilize AWS services (S3, Glue, Airflow, Athena, SageMaker, Quick Sight) to build scalable and secure cloud-based solutions.

  • Collaborate with People analytics consultants and other HR stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

  • 3+ years in data science, analytics, or AI product development, ideally with exposure to People Analytics.

  • Proficient in Python and experienced with Jupyter Notebook

  • Skilled in AWS services (S3, Glue, Airflow, Athena, SageMaker).

  • Strong understanding of data security and governance.

  • Strong understanding of data security and governance.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in developing innovative solutions.

  • Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.

Allowances

  • 200 euros per month Telephone/internet allowance

Contract terms

  • To begin with you will receive a fixed term contract (one year), after 6 months of your employment with us, after a feedback meeting with the team, there is a possibility of extending the contract

  • The salary ranges mentioned in our Job Descriptions are base annual gross salaries including the 8% holiday allowance
