About INES Team

INES (Interaction Enabling System) is a strategic orchestration platform within DNA/DPT that connects and manages customer interactions across Swisscom’s digital ecosystem. It powers real-time and batch processes for customer communication, permissions, service provisioning, and campaign triggers.

INES is now expanding into data analytics and AI, aiming to transform its rich interaction data into actionable insights and intelligent automation.

Your Mission

  • We are looking for a Data Scientist to lead the exploration and development of INES-based data products. You will work closely with the product owner and engineering teams to:

  • Explore and validate use cases from INES customer interaction data (e.g., customer interactions across all channels, inbound & outbound campaign triggers, shop visits et.c).

  • Design and build analytics pipelines that leverage INES data for predictive modeling, customer segmentation, and real-time decisioning.

  • Prototype AI solutions that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and personalization.

  • Shape the data product vision for INES analytics, including governance, quality, and scalability.

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or AI product development.

  • Strong skills in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and orchestration tools.

  • Ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.

  • Comfortable working with ambiguous data and co-defining use cases with stakeholders.

  • Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.

Allowances

  • 200 euros per month Telephone/internet allowance 

  • 275 euros per month contribution to health insurance

Leaves policy

  • Work from abroad possibility for one month per year

Contract terms

  • To begin with you will receive a fixed term contract (one year), after 6 months of your employment with us, after a feedback meeting with the team, there is a possibility of extending the contract

  • The salary ranges mentioned in our Job Descriptions are base annual gross salaries including the 8% holiday allowance
