Software Engineer (Web Developer)

As a Software Engineer Web, you care deeply about creating an excellent solution for the future highly scalable amount of websites. You develop highly scalable Java / JavaScript / TypeScript applications while collaborating with our customers and stakeholders. Moreover, you define and implement fully automated CI/CD cloud strategies while you follow GitOps methodologies. You are able to gather and analyze requirements, visualize and evaluate concepts, as well as deliver with the team a headless CMS and the frontend. Additionally, our customers are enabled to set up a new website in an automated manner using a Self Service Portal. We provide advanced services like an overall global search and news service functionality.


What you move?

• You support the technical lead from the idea to implementation
• You work closely with your own and other teams to develop creative solutions and drive product development
• You act as the trusted advisor helping to further bring security, DevOps, and SecOps together
• You support your team in organizational and administrative topics

Job requirements

  • Experienced in web development with the latest technologies using JS/TS/Java

  • Expertise in CI/CD and DevOps lifecycle

  • Experienced with a major frontend framework or static site generators like Nuxt, is a big plus

  • Experience in test automation, BDD and knowhow in Kubernetes, cloud-native and Linux is an advantage


Nice to have:

  • Excellent team player in an international environment
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Expertise in agile/lean ways of working
  • Self-organized and enjoy working in a team
  • Good communication skills

  • The salary ranges mentioned in our Job Descriptions are base annual gross salaries and are inclusive of 8% holiday allowance
