IAM Platform Expert for Ping Identity
You'll shape our IAM for the future with Ping Identity platforms. With deep technical expertise and a sense of architecture, you'll shape Swisscom's security promise to our customers. You'll also contribute hands-on to engineering.
The department is organized according to agile principles in a SAFe value stream. The value stream currently consists of three ARTs, each with experts of different backgrounds and levels of maturity. We cultivate a culture of curiosity with transparent communication and flat hierarchies. You will be a reliable point of contact for technical questions regarding the Ping Identity Platform in the value stream.
What impact will you have?
Promoting platform culture in the IAM value stream
Designing the technical deployment of Ping Identity technology
Low-code/no-code engineering on Ping Identity technology
Advising multiple teams with platform expertise for business projects
Reducing technical debt and streamlining technical deployments
Design and technical development of IAM platforms
Combining technical expertise, communication, and advocacy of a platform culture
Close collaboration with business, architecture, security, and engineering teams, as well as external platform vendors
Use of modern technologies and flexible, future-oriented working models
Hands-on development in a DevOps team
Job requirements
Degree in computer science or another technical discipline
Several years of engineering experience in at least one area: IAM, security, online, CRM, or cloud
Leadership in Ping Identity environment
Experience in SAFe and agile development methodologies
Experience in ICT security technologies, ideally with training
Enthusiastic, engaging, and integrative personality with strong communication skills
Strong conceptual skills and the ability to understand complex issues
Entrepreneurial thinking and action
High degree of personal responsibility, initiative, and assertiveness
Fluent in written and spoken English

Contract terms
